One of a kind large dolls house in 1/12th scale. (More photos available) This house is beautifully handcrafted by an artisan and was £1500 new. Quite heavy the outer feels like resin and is individually bricked, such beautiful attention to detail throughout. The top floor veranda is beautifully carved, beamed wooden ceilings throughout, 3 beautiful open glowing fireplaces and church style ‘leaded’ windows. Height 85cm x depth 54cm x 68cm. You will need 2 to lift and will need a hatchback. House also has full electrics and is discreetly copper wired, just plug the new adapter into the mains. House fronts lift off and are not hinged and they are a little stiff to open! Could maybe do with a sand down underneath if this is an issue? Other houses are available to view. Delivery available within 50 miles of Warrington. From a clean non smoking environment and in lovely condition. All my furniture will fit this house scale.
